About the Role

We are hiring Remote Customer Experience Champions to join our growing aviation support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for passengers reaching out via phone, email, and live chat. You will be entrusted with handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every traveler feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey with arenaflex. Your ability to combine empathy with efficiency will directly shape the customer experience and reinforce the legendary service culture that defines our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Connect with passengers across multiple channels — phone, email, and chat — to provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance with bookings, flight information, baggage, and general travel inquiries.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring each interaction ends on a positive note.
  • Booking Support: Help passengers book new reservations, modify existing itineraries, process cancellations, and clearly explain fare rules, policies, and travel restrictions.
  • Real-Time Flight Information: Provide up-to-the-minute details on flight status, delays, cancellations, gate changes, and boarding procedures to keep travelers informed and prepared.
  • Baggage Assistance: Support customers with baggage-related questions, tracking lost items, and processing claims with care and accuracy.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively listen to and document customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities that can help arenaflex continuously improve its products and services.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our internal systems to support operational excellence.
