Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our growing Remote Pharmacy Technician team. Key Responsibilities

  • Prescription Processing Support: Assist the supervising pharmacist by retrieving, counting, and pouring medication tablets, verifying dosage accuracy, and checking for potential drug interactions.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive service experience via phone, chat, or email, guiding patients through medication queries and resolving concerns promptly.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (U.S. mainland and territories).
  • High school diploma or GED; additional post‑secondary coursework in health‑care, pharmacy, or related fields is a plus.
