If you’re looking for a role that blends meaningful work with personal development, you’ve found the right place.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, remote‑ready individual to join our Customer Service team as a Pre‑Licensed Representative. In this role, you will embark on a paid, five‑day training program that prepares you for the State Insurance Exam, after which you will become a fully licensed insurance agent in any of the 50 states and territories where arenaxflex operates. This unique pathway allows you to start your career in insurance without prior licensing, while gaining hands‑on experience supporting policyholders and resolving complex consumer issues.

As a remote team member, you will be the “eyes and ears” for our clients, delivering exceptional service, troubleshooting policy concerns, and collaborating with senior agents to ensure every customer interaction is resolved efficiently and courteously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line support to policyholders, addressing billing inquiries, policy change requests, and general insurance questions.
  • Resolve high‑complexity consumer issues, escalating when necessary, and advising junior representatives on best practices.
  • Utilize strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills to recommend appropriate policy adjustments and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with training mentors, licensing specialists, and senior agents to prepare for and successfully pass the State Insurance Exam.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, knowledge‑share meetings, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all company policies, data‑privacy regulations, and industry guidelines while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce call handling time, and increase customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (call‑center or similar environment preferred).
  • High school diploma or GED; further education is a plus but not required.
  • Age 18 or older with the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic computer literacy; comfortable navigating Windows operating systems and web‑based applications.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Logical problem‑solving mindset and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 12 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload) and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call‑center or remote customer support role.
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology, policy structures, or related financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or other customer interaction tools.
  • Certification or coursework in business, finance, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies for Success

  • Empathy & Active Listening: Ability to understand customer concerns and respond with genuine care.
  • Analytical Thinking: Quickly assess situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and new challenges arise daily.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with trainers, peers, and senior agents to share knowledge and support one another.
  • Self‑Motivation: Drive to complete the licensing training, pass the exam, and transition into a fully licensed role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with virtual communication tools (e.g., video conferencing, chat platforms) and able to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Time Management: Effectively balance training, exam preparation, and daily responsibilities while meeting deadlines.

Work‑From‑Home Setup Requirements

  • High‑speed broadband internet (≥12 Mbps download, ≥3 Mbps upload) with stable connectivity and latency under 50 ms.
  • Proof of internet speed (e.g., screenshot of a speed test) to be submitted during onboarding.
  • Quiet, well‑lit workspace free from distractions, with a reliable desktop or laptop computer.
  • Headset with microphone for clear voice communication.
  • Standard office supplies (notebook, pen, etc.) for note‑taking and documentation.

Benefits & Compensation

arenaflex values the well‑being of its employees and offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, financial security, and work‑life balance:

  • Paid Training: Five‑day, fully compensated program covering all study materials and exam fees.
  • Competitive Base Salary: Market‑aligned wages with performance‑based incentives.
  • Full Benefits Suite: Medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Generous vacation, sick leave, and holidays to recharge.
