Transaction Coordinator Assistant

Your Virtual TC is seeking a highly detail-oriented, experienced Transaction Coordinator Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume remote position supporting California real estate transactions from contract to close. About the Role

This role focuses heavily on document management, compliance support, file organization, and broker system uploads. You will assist with transaction file support tasks while helping maintain smooth, compliant transactions in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities

• Preparing and organizing transaction documents
• Splitting and labeling transaction documents
• Sending DocuSign envelopes
• Uploading files into broker compliance systems
• Data entry into tcDocs
• Ordering NHD Reports, Wildfire Reports, and Home Warranties
• Keeping files clean, compliant, and audit-ready

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Active real estate experience REQUIRED
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established workflows
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple real estate platforms

Preferred Experience (Top Priority) Candidates with experience in the following will be prioritized:

• Glide

• Splitting/organizing PDFs
