Creative Technology Production Leader
Leading the transformation of creative production, the full-time salaried Creative Technology Production Leader will establish a centralized production model, architect automated workflows, and manage a multidisciplinary team while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical advertising standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-volume production workflows and frameworks that enhance efficiency and profitability
- Direct the development of production automation tools and oversee a team of creative technologists to maintain quality standards
- Analyze operational metrics and report on hub performance to optimize ROI and improve production processes
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of production experience in pharmaceutical advertising or regulated marketing environments
- Senior leadership experience at the SVP level with a proven track record in managing large production teams
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Figma
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and margin improvement
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and compliance processes
