What You'll Do
- Educate families on mortgage protection and life insurance options
- Customize coverage to fit each client's needs and budget
- Build long-term client relationships grounded in honesty, integrity, and compassion
- Manage and grow your client base using our CRM and support team

- Commission-based compensation with strong first-year earning potential; top performers exceed six figures (we're happy to share specific commission splits and average production during the interview)

- Ongoing mentorship including weekly 1:1 coaching, and call practice with senior agents
- Advancement into senior agent and leadership roles for those interested
What It Takes
- An active Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (we'll help you through the process)
- Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
- A genuine desire to help families plan ahead
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
