Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, ticketing, reservations, baggage policies, and other airline services.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to higher management when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Stay up-to-date with Delta Airlines’ policies, promotions, and travel guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications
