Position Overview

We're currently hiring multiple Customer Service Associates to join our expanding remote team. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity with multiple shifts available, including day and evening schedules. Candidates must have access to a reliable internet connection and be based in one of the following states: Florida, Illinois, Indiana, South Carolina, or Virginia. Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do Every Day

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your role will be multifaceted, blending communication excellence with technical proficiency. Below is a detailed breakdown of the primary duties you can expect to perform:

  • Drive Productivity Through Customer Engagement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outbound and inbound telephone call productivity goals. Most of your calls will be outbound, reaching out to students of our valued client institutions to provide assistance and guidance on their educational obligations.
  • Master Multi-Channel Communication: Utilize telephones, email, live chat, and text messaging to engage with customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, timely, and solution-oriented.
  • Deliver Exceptional Written Responses: Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to all written communications, maintaining the high standards of professionalism that arenaflex is known for.
  • Navigate CRM Systems with Precision: Properly utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to document technical inquiries, follow up on resolutions, and maintain organized customer records.
  • Manage Escalations Effectively: Follow established policies and procedures when escalating complex customer concerns, ensuring issues are routed to the appropriate team members for swift resolution.
  • Maintain Accurate Customer Records: Update customer records with current demographic and contact information, and accurately notate all interactions to support continuity of service.
  • Coordinate with Federal Loan Servicers: Initiate calls to federal loan servicers on behalf of customers to explore and resolve repayment options for those with federal student loans.
  • Embrace Continuous Learning: Comprehend and internalize training materials on a variety of topics, and confidently share new concepts and content with customers as your expertise grows.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to all federal and state laws governing the student loan and education finance industry, as well as the client Statement of Work standards and arenaflex company guidelines and policies.
  • Achieve Performance Metrics: Consistently attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals that measure success in this role.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, though we welcome motivated candidates who demonstrate the qualities outlined above.
