  • Contribute ideas to enhance data‑management workflows, automation opportunities, and error‑prevention strategies.
  • Stay informed about emerging best practices in data governance and suggest applicable improvements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1‑2 years of professional data entry experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
  • Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to achieve 99.9% data accuracy on a consistent basis.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using data‑entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, proprietary CRM tools) and remote collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Proven capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the aviation or travel industry, understanding of airline operational terminology.
  • Familiarity with data‑validation tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) for automating repetitive tasks.
  • Certification in data management or quality assurance (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional).
  • Previous remote work experience with a home office setup that meets ergonomic and connectivity standards.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies, typographical errors, and data anomalies quickly.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capacity to interpret data trends and recommend improvements.
  • Self‑Motivation: Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and outcomes.
