As a Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager, you will be the bridge between emerging sellers and arenaflex’s expansive platform. Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Growth Strategy: Conduct market research to identify product gaps, seasonal trends, and emerging categories. Translate insights into actionable go‑to‑market (GTM) plans that attract high‑potential sellers.
- Seller Acquisition & Onboarding: Prospect, engage, and recruit new vendors through virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations. Guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with arenaflex policies.
- Data Management & Entry: Accurately input product information, pricing details, and inventory levels into arenaflex’s seller portal. Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and correcting inconsistencies.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor seller performance metrics, competitor activity, and marketplace health. Provide data‑driven recommendations to sellers on pricing, promotions, and inventory optimization.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Customer Support—to resolve seller issues, streamline processes, and enhance the overall marketplace ecosystem.
- Customer‑Centric Advocacy: Champion best practices for online selling, delivering insights that help sellers meet delivery expectations, improve buyer satisfaction, and achieve revenue goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, refine data entry workflows, and contribute to the evolution of arenaflex’s seller tools.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven sales or account management experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
- Strong passion for introducing new products to untapped markets and helping sellers scale.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data‑management tools; comfort navigating CRM and marketplace platforms.
- Exceptional commercial judgment, written and verbal communication abilities, and a data‑driven mindset.
