Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Consultant, Global Equity, to support the delivery of comprehensive stock plan management services. This remote, data-focused role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour and is ideal for candidates who are analytical, organized, and eager to learn. Whether you are a recent graduate or someone with limited professional experience looking to break into the world of equity administration, this position provides the perfect platform to develop specialized skills and grow within a global organization.

As a Consultant on our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational integrity of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Your work will directly impact the employee experience for team members around the world, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners across multiple countries, functions, and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant, Global Equity at arenaflex, your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Proactive Data Audits: Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure full operational compliance with equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will be responsible for identifying discrepancies, flagging potential issues, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Award Processing: Processing the release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Transaction Review: Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Support: Researching, tracking, and responding to inquiries from plan participants, process partners, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Grant Process Support: Supporting the equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities throughout the plan lifecycle.
  • Ad-Hoc Analytics: Producing ad-hoc data analytics and reports to support ongoing operations, leadership decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Documentation: Reviewing and maintaining equity management procedures and documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Additional Duties: Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested by leadership, with opportunities to expand your scope of responsibility over time.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable field is preferred. However, motivated candidates with strong foundational skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with a variety of stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is highly desirable.
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly. Experience with HRIS systems (particularly Workday), as well as an understanding of data transfer methods and interrelationships, is a strong plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
