Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in our client's operations while simultaneously working toward your insurance licensing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Senior Support: Assist first-level representatives with high-level issues that require additional expertise and judgment.
  • Billing Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to policyholders with billing questions and concerns, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Policy Modifications: Support policyholders with requested changes to their policies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Recommendation Provision: Offer appropriate recommendations to policyholders based on their needs, with the flexibility to adjust as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
  • Comfortable using desktop computer systems and software applications
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Strong logical problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively

  • 6 months of call center experience
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
