Position Overview
As a Remote Data Entry and Global Equity Administration Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our global equity administration team. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, analytical, and eager to learn. You will be responsible for processing, auditing, and managing data related to equity-based compensation plans, stock purchase programs, and long-term incentive awards. Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, your core duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Performing Routine Data Audits: Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance with equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans.
- Processing Award Releases: Managing the release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards with precision and timeliness.
- Reviewing Equity Transactions: Examining all equity transaction activity, including stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
- Responding to Stakeholder Inquiries: Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from plan participants, process partners, and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting Grant Administration: Assisting with the equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
- Generating Reports and Analytics: Producing ad-hoc data analytics, reports, and insights to support ongoing operations and strategic decision-making.
- Maintaining Documentation: Reviewing and updating equity administration procedures, methods, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Performing Additional Administrative Tasks: Handling other equity plan management responsibilities as requested by leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Equivalent work experience may also be considered.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
- Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.

- At least one year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field.

- Understanding of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) platforms, with specific experience in Workday considered a strong asset.
- Experience with data transfers, system integrations, and cross-functional collaboration.
