As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play an integral role in maintaining the integrity of customer information, supporting operational workflows, and ensuring that critical business data is processed with precision and timeliness. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer information and ensure completion within established timed deadlines.
  • Achieve and maintain a minimum typing speed of 6,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) to meet productivity standards.
  • Facilitate the auditing of customer-generated file listings against physical and digital box contents.
  • Interface and coordinate with operations, customer service, and account management teams to resolve data-related queries.
  • Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader for prompt resolution.
  • Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes, inputting data accurately onto internal systems such as SKP or DCS.
  • Use internal systems to verify customer records and ensure information accuracy.
  • Set up DCS screens and transmit data securely to customers in a timely manner.
  • Research and resolve system data issues as they arise.
  • Carry out additional duties as deemed necessary by arenaflex management.
  • Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and other key operating standards.
  • Maintain compliance with Health and Safety policies (including Fire and First Aid), ISO standards, and all arenaflex internal policies and procedures.
