[Remote] Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will support clients by managing data, conducting audits, and transitioning processes to automation, ensuring operational efficiency and quality data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure incoming data files from clients and vendors are uploaded via SFTP, email, etc. If files are not received, proactively reach out to client and vendor contacts
  • Manually download the files from Healthfuse’s SFTP site or email and move them to their client’s ShareFile folder
  • Perform manual data entry to generate detailed and time-consuming reports
  • Manually generate and deliver Healthfuse’s monthly client reporting packages on time. This includes four types of reports for each client, with three of the four report types requiring multiple versions (one for each vendor in scope)
  • Self-review internal and client-facing deliverables for high quality
  • Perform account-level auditing and data trend analysis to identify and resolve issues negatively impacting vendors’ performance
  • Collaborate with other Healthfuse departments to develop performance improvement strategies for clients
  • Contribute to the advancement of our processes and hit our department goals
  • Travel expectation is 1 week per year for the company conference

Skills

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in the following areas: Coordinating the receipt and manual transfer of data files, Data trend analysis, Account/invoice auditing, Data entry
  • Generating/delivering reports for multiple clients
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., creating pivot tables, basic formula writing)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to internal teams and clients
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, healthcare administration, or STEM
  • Hospital revenue cycle knowledge
  • Advanced analytical skills and methods
  • Proficiency using Epic HB/PB Resolute, Meditech, Cerner
