Company: Wasatch Labs About the Role: The position of Technical Documentation Specialist is responsible for gathering, organizing, and maintaining documents pertaining to R&D activities, working with sales, purchasing, and quality. Key functions include raw material qualification, creation of material specifications, and price quotes. They will report to the Food and Dietary R&D Manager. What you'll do: Collect, organize, and submit raw material documentation to the Quality team Create and maintain internal raw material specifications Identify suitable material replacements by comparing specifications Request and organize raw material price quotes Prepare costing sheets for new formulas Roll out umbrella updates to manufacturing procedures What you'll need: Strong organizational and time management skills Technical background with an understanding of food R&D, specifications, and testing requirements Excellent communication skills Flexibility to go between multiple tasks Bonus points for: Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field History of Laboratory Experience, R&D work, or Quality preferred Familiarity with Deacom Familiarity with Excel Our Benefits & Perks: You will be part of an engaged, inclusive, global community that values family, giving back, beauty, and sustainability.
