Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: Senior Technical Program Manager Job Description & Key Responsibilities Program Management Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement. Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks. Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams. proactive and able to catch signals and insights before the incident Data Analysis & Modeling Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards. Application Development & Visualization Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment. Strong proficiency in: Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, flows) PowerApps (custom app development) Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX) Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure services and integration with Dataverse. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Background in business intelligence. ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated). If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC. Job type: Remote.
