Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive phone‑based support to business customers, addressing inquiries related to campaign setup, performance reporting, and platform navigation.
- Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume data sets across multiple advertising products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with the Global Partnerships team to identify new business opportunities and assist distributors in expanding their reach using arenaflex’s advertising solutions.
- Monitor and achieve service level agreements (SLAs) by tracking customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
- Support the implementation and optimization of arenaflex’s automated advertising platforms, offering technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting workflow bottlenecks, suggesting automation opportunities, and participating in cross‑functional brainstorming sessions.
- Deliver clear, concise, and professional communication to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable language.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
