The Customer Success Representative position is a cornerstone of our partner ecosystem. You will be the trusted advisor for nearly 3,000 educational partners, helping them understand, adopt, and maximize the value of our innovative learning tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Education & Support: Conduct proactive outreach via phone, video, and email to onboard new partners, provide product training, and answer technical questions.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long‑lasting relationships with partner stakeholders, acting as their go‑to resource for strategic advice and best‑practice guidance.
  • Problem Solving in Real Time: Diagnose and resolve issues on the spot, ensuring partners experience minimal disruption and maximum satisfaction.
  • Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Gather partner feedback, translate insights into actionable product improvements, and collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams.
  • Data‑Driven Success Planning: Track usage metrics, identify adoption gaps, and develop customized success plans that drive partner growth and retention.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a high‑performing, cross‑functional team to share knowledge, celebrate wins, and continuously raise the bar for service excellence.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry trends, emerging educational technologies, and arenaflex product updates to provide informed guidance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and respond thoughtfully to partner needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable language.
  • Proven track record of building rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders, preferably in an educational or SaaS environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude, with a knack for diagnosing issues quickly and recommending effective solutions.
  • Comfortable navigating fast‑paced, evolving environments while juggling multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Passion for education, technology, and helping others succeed; a genuine curiosity about how learning tools can transform outcomes.
  • Proficiency with modern communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams) and a willingness to master new tools rapidly.
  • Four‑year college degree (any discipline) is preferred, though relevant experience and demonstrated competence are equally valued.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle.

  • Multilingual abilities or experience working with partners across the Central Standard Time (CST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST) zones.

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $41,000 – $55,000 (adjusted for location, experience, and performance). In addition to base pay, you will receive:
