  • Seeking an experienced Java Developer (Tech Lead) to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies and provide technical leadership to development teams while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technology decisions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Support application testing, deployment, and production releases.
  • Prepare technical documentation and maintain project artifacts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Java Development.
  • Expertise in object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience leading development teams and providing technical direction.
  • Strong knowledge of application design and development methodologies.
  • Experience with enterprise application development.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
  • Knowledge of modern Java frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Prior experience working on enterprise-scale projects.
  • Java-related certifications are a plus.
