- *Shift Details
- Sunday–Thursday, 1000 p.m. – 630 a.m. CST
- Remote position, working from the comfort of your own home
- Must live within 35 miles of Kaukauna, WI, to facilitate in-office training
- *About the Role As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for
- Scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads using TruckMate or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Communicating with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities
- Monitoring load progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Addressing customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity
- Balancing the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations
- Maintaining accurate records and inputting updates within our systems
- *What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
- Familiarity with TruckMate or similar TMS (a strong plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay organized and focused during overnight hours
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
