  • Perform detailed client‑specific program analyses, delivering actionable recommendations to enhance 340B program execution and overall profitability.
  • Analyze related datasets to propose structural and functional process improvements, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Formulate solutions to complex business challenges, translating analytical insights into clear, implementable strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and program expansion based on rigorous research and data trends.
  • Present and advocate for analytical findings and strategic recommendations across multiple organizational levels, fostering data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with internal business partners and external vendors to facilitate seamless data exchange and collaboration.
  • Maintain an in‑depth understanding of the 340B program, continuously seeking enhancements to its delivery model and compliance framework.
  • Provide timely data, reports, and insights to support business partners in achieving their objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience performing data analysis and translating analytical results into strategic business actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans with minimal supervision, taking ownership of deliverables and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting complex analyses to audiences at various organizational levels.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes, both within Illinois and to other locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with pharmacy data in a retail setting, pharmacy benefit management, or a managed care environment.
  • Project management experience, including planning, organizing, and tracking resources to achieve defined project goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, both internally and with external partners.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, such as using complex formulas, data consolidation, and creating dynamic dashboards.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine‑learning concepts, particularly as they apply to data analytics and predictive modeling.
  • Knowledge of the 340B drug pricing program, its regulatory requirements, and best practices for compliance and optimization.

Core Skills & Competencies
