The Opportunity: Senior Marketing Analytics and Quality Consulting Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Marketing Analytics and Quality Consulting Specialist to join our remote part-time team. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Analysis & Planning

• Directly contribute to sales and margin objectives in assigned product categories through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
• Analyze relevant market data and integrate findings and recommendations into Category Plans, including optimal SKU mix, loyalty program enhancements, and promotional strategies
• Drive strategic execution of daily planogram activities, including off-shelf plan development, promotional period tracking, and post-promotion analysis to implement corrective actions when necessary

Collaborative Business Intelligence

• Partner effectively with arenaflex's internal team of experts in Inventory, Pricing, Promotion, Finance, Store Brands, Store Design, Marketing, and Store Operations
• Analyze sales records and inventory levels of current stock to identify optimization opportunities
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape; proactively seek out new competitive opportunities and make strategic recommendations

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

• Stay current with market changes, industry trends, and evolving consumer preferences
• Research customer product preferences, supplier pricing dynamics, and the competitive environment
• Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies for arenaflex clients

Quality Assurance & Process Optimization

• Implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity in all marketing materials and reports
• Develop standardized processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Regularly audit marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with quality standards and brand guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• Working knowledge of retail math concepts and demonstrated application in professional settings
