Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a Communication Specialist IV - Account Manager to support their hybrid office team at Raleigh, North Carolina. This temporary role offers an opportunity to lead creative projects and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on strategic communication. *Communication Specialist IV - Account Manager Responsibilities:* * Act as the primary communications strategist and liaison for advertising, branding, and creative initiatives, supporting the development and evaluation of communication plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, managing project timelines and budgets while maintaining strong relationships based on mutual understanding.
  • Collaborate with creative teams (copywriters, designers) to ensure high-quality, on-strategy marketing, advertising, and creative content delivery within defined workflows.
  • Work with digital teams to enhance the company's online presence and ensure proper process adherence.
  • Be available to support storm and crisis communication efforts as secondary account manager during peak periods.

*Communication Specialist IV - Account Manager Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, or related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management and creative project management.
  • Proven expertise in advertising, branding, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Strong analysis, project management, and client relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic communications tied to measurable business outcomes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and work management systems such as Workamajig.
