[Hiring] Program Coordinator @Pink Elephant

Role Description We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of the Elephant Gate Accelerator, Pink Elephant’s founder support platform for early-stage psychedelic and frontier mental health ventures. This person will play a critical role in helping each cohort run smoothly by:

  • Supporting founder and mentor communications
  • Coordinating logistics
  • Maintaining internal systems
  • Assisting with events and programming

They will serve as a warm, responsive second point of contact for simple operational questions and help ensure that founders, mentors, and partners have a seamless and supportive experience throughout the program. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, emotionally attuned, and deeply aligned with the future of psychedelics for healing. We care deeply about mission fit. While tools and workflows can be taught, we are looking for someone who brings genuine passion for the space, a strong harm reduction lens, and a desire to help build the infrastructure for safe, ethical, and scalable psychedelic care.

  • Exceptional written communication and professional responsiveness
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity startup environment
  • Emotional attunement, maturity, and sound judgment in founder- and mentor-facing interactions
  • A deep passion for psychedelics as a healing modality, with a strong alignment to ethical practice, safety, and harm reduction
  • A genuine desire to contribute to the future of psychedelic and frontier mental health innovation
  • Ability to follow through reliably, manage multiple moving parts, and support a high-touch program experience

Requirements

  • Experience in program coordination, startup operations, community support, customer success, or event logistics
  • Experience working in a remote-first environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Slack, ClickUp, Attio, or similar operational platforms
  • Exposure to early-stage founders, accelerators, or cohort-based programs
  • Some familiarity with psychedelic terminology, research, policy, or the broader ecosystem
  • Experience supporting travel, retreats, workshops, or founder-facing events
