Our Customer Service Representative position is a cornerstone of the arenaflex Service Operations team. Key Responsibilities

  • Member & Provider Engagement: Proactively engage, consult, and educate members and healthcare providers about their benefits, coverage options, and service preferences.
  • Inquiry Management: Resolve basic to complex customer inquiries—including claims status, eligibility verification, and plan details—within established service level agreements.
  • Accurate Documentation: Capture every interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system with precision, ensuring a complete audit trail for future reference.
  • Collaboration & Escalation: Partner with cross‑functional teams—such as Claims, Billing, and Clinical Support—to troubleshoot issues and deliver seamless resolutions.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow arenaflex’s compliance guidelines, privacy standards (HIPAA), and quality protocols while delivering exceptional service.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on arenaflex product updates, industry regulations, and emerging health‑care trends to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
  • Demonstrated experience in a call‑center or remote customer service environment; prior healthcare experience is a strong plus.
