Role Overview – Your Impact as a Remote Customer Service Representative

arenaflex is seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional to join our Customer Success team on a full‑time basis. You will be the frontline ambassador for our platform, handling a diverse range of inquiries through an online ticketing system. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include processing batch order imports, assisting producers with platform navigation, and resolving end‑customer order questions. The role operates on a Tuesday‑to‑Saturday schedule (9:30 am – 6:00 pm PT) and requires proximity to Windsor, CA for quarterly in‑person training and team gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound tickets with speed and accuracy, ensuring each request is logged, prioritized, and resolved within service level agreements.
  • Assist producers in uploading and reconciling batch orders, providing step‑by‑step guidance and troubleshooting data inconsistencies.
  • Address consumer inquiries related to order status, shipping, returns, and product details, delivering clear and courteous responses.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to review, transfer, and manipulate data sets, guaranteeing that inventory and order information remains error‑free.
