Position Overview

The Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex will play a pivotal role in managing, updating, and maintaining our company’s databases and computer systems with precise and current information. Key Responsibilities

  • Sort incoming information based on priority levels and verify its accuracy before processing and storage.
  • Identify, correct, and report inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or deficiencies in data, and detect any incompatibilities between source documents and existing records.
  • Conduct research using approved resources to obtain missing information for incomplete or partial documents, ensuring data completeness.
  • Apply appropriate data program techniques, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards of data quality and consistency.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as required by management, store completed work in designated digital and physical locations, and perform regular backup operations to safeguard information.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all processed information, adhering to arenaflex’s data privacy and security protocols at all times.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries, providing access to relevant files and information as authorized.
  • Strictly adhere to data integrity, security, and compliance policies established by arenaflex.
  • Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of office equipment, and promptly report or resolve any malfunctions to minimize workflow disruption.
