Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of business information across multiple departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and Digitizing Data: Accurately inputting information from a variety of source documents, including invoices, canceled bills, client records, financial statements, inventory checklists, and other essential business paperwork.
  • Maintaining Organized Storage Systems: Creating, updating, and managing digital filing systems to ensure that all data entries are complete, properly categorized, and easy to retrieve when needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate hard copy archives of invoices, inventory records, and financial documents in alignment with arenaflex's document retention policies.
  • Establishing Data Entry Standards: Continuously improving filing and data quality protocols to enhance consistency and reduce errors across the team.
  • Resolving Data Inconsistencies: Collaborating with administrative and operations staff to identify and correct missing, duplicate, or inaccurate data entries.
  • Responding to Data Queries: Addressing internal and external data-related questions in a timely and professional manner, and escalating major data errors to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
  • Adhering to Best Practices: Following arenaflex's data management procedures and compliance standards to maintain the highest levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
  • Performing High-Volume Data Entry: Consistently meeting daily and weekly keying targets while maintaining excellent accuracy rates, even during peak workloads.
  • Verifying and Auditing Data: Reviewing entries prior to submission, performing daily audits, and correcting errors promptly to ensure clean, reliable datasets.
  • Supporting Application and System Entries: Entering data into proprietary platforms, EMR systems, and order management tools as required by specific client projects.

Essential Qualifications
