Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transfer data from paper documents, handwritten records, and printed forms into digital computer files, spreadsheets, and database systems using keyboards, data recorders, and optical scanners.
  • Type information into client-specific database systems from paper documents provided directly by customers, ensuring all entries are complete and free of errors.
  • Enter data into a variety of proprietary web applications, learning new software tools quickly and adapting to different client requirements.
  • Verify data accuracy by carefully comparing entered information against original source documents, identifying discrepancies, and correcting errors before final submission.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Organize and manage digital files efficiently, creating logical filing structures that make information easy to retrieve and audit.
