  • Develop clear, data‑rich presentations that articulate business problems, impacts, and proposed solutions to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for new or enhanced project resources, and recommend prioritization based on cost‑benefit analysis.
  • Map and improve end‑to‑end business processes by reviewing customer journeys, validation data, key requirements, and risk management frameworks.
  • Lead periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collect, transform, and visualize raw data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with project teams and senior management to drive implementation of process improvements and performance metrics.
  • Support the Business Operations Group by conducting research, maintaining CRM and salesforce dashboards, and preparing onboarding documentation.
  • Provide responsive customer service to internal stakeholders, handling inquiries and escalations through CRM platforms.
  • Participate in ad‑hoc business initiatives, process redesign workshops, and continuous‑improvement events.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors that contribute to the success of the internship program.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) completed or in progress, with a strong academic record.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities; comfort working with large data sets and drawing logical conclusions.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills; capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated teamwork orientation; willingness to work independently while contributing to group objectives.
  • Basic familiarity with data‑analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau) or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality service.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to be present on‑site in Dallas, TX for the duration of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification or coursework in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Data Science.
