Role Overview – Manager, Data Science (Remote Data Entry & Virtual Assistant)

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and highly organized professional to lead our Data Science initiatives focused on remote data entry and virtual assistance. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $20‑$30, a full‑time schedule of 8 hours per day, and the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Engineering & Integration: Work with massive volumes of structured and unstructured data (web logs, API streams, application telemetry) within a high‑performance big‑data environment.
  • NLP Solution Development: Design end‑to‑end natural language processing pipelines—from problem definition and data labeling to model training, validation, and deployment.
  • AI‑Powered Product Enhancements: Build and iterate on advanced AI models and algorithms that drive improvements in arenaflex’s online and mobile platforms, including recommendation engines, fraud detection, and credit scoring.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product owners to translate business objectives into data‑driven roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer experience goals.
  • Model Deployment & Monitoring: Collaborate with engineering teams to test, launch, and maintain production‑grade analytics solutions, guaranteeing reliability and scalability.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R, with a strong command of data manipulation libraries (pandas, dplyr) and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
