Our services aren’t standard, but our fee structure most definitely is. Job Summary: We’re looking for a part-time, entry level agency recruiter to join our team. You’ll project manage hiring processes for various positions at different companies acting with integrity and professionalism during each interaction with both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, be diligent to manage their calendar and scheduling, and excel in business development to retain our existing clients and attract new ones Responsibilities:

  • Project Management. As with all consulting positions, you’ll have to dive in, ask great questions and learn hiring manager and business needs quickly. You’ll then act on them to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You’ll ensure timely communication through weekly touch base meetings and email follow-ups to drive processes forward to hire. You’ll be thorough, supportive and organized to track your progress.
  • Client and Candidate Interactions. You’ll conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring both a professional and positive experience that reflects our company's values and the client we represent. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions. You’ll be confident, direct and succinct. You’ll present candidates to clients in a timely and professional manner. When declining candidates, you’ll be timely, kind and respectful.
  • Time Management. Standard 13 is an entrepreneurial environment. You’ll manage your own schedule, ensuring all interviews and meetings are conducted professionally and punctually. You’ll balance multiple recruitment projects while maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables. Embracing AI tools to work efficiently will be a main priority.
  • Business Development. At times, you will be required to attend networking events to attract new clients and expand our recruitment services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Customer service mentality with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to ask questions when a task is unclear.
  • Strong sense of professionalism with the ability to pay significant attention to details to positively reflect our brand and reputation.

The hiring range for this part time, remote position is between $35.00 - $40.00 USD per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience among other factors.
