About the Role
We’re looking for a consistent and creative video editor to support our weekly content. This role is best suited for someone early in their editing career who is looking to build experience and a portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Edit 1 full podcast episode per week (light editing cuts, audio balance, flow)
- Create 4 short-form clips per week (30–40 seconds each)
- Ensure 1 clip highlights the main story or theme of the episode
- Add basic
- B-roll (when appropriate)
- Music and/or sound effects
- Maintain a consistent editing style across all content Time Commitment
- Approximately 5–8 hours per week
- Weekly deliverables must be submitted 1 week before publishing Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Understanding of short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Reliable with deadlines
- Strong attention to detail Nice to Have
