  • Develop and present solution architectures that address specific client challenges, recommending best‑practice patterns for scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Travel to customer sites, industry conferences, and partner events on an as‑needed basis to build relationships and gather feedback that drives product improvements.
  • Work closely with product engineering to relay customer insights, help prioritize feature requests, and participate in beta testing of new AI tools (e.g., Tensor Processing Units).

Required Qualifications
