Role Overview

As a member of the high‑performing Channel Development & Global Accounting group, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including finance, operations, merchandising, and technology—to drive accounting projects that support growth initiatives. You will lead complex accounting processes, mentor junior analysts, and champion continuous improvement across month‑end and quarter‑end close cycles. This part‑time, fully remote position offers flexibility while delivering the same level of impact and visibility as a full‑time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate a clear vision for the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with arenaflex’s core values.
• Process Ownership: Manage end‑to‑end accounting processes for the Channel Development segment, providing guidance on accounting impacts and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience driving accounting projects for a large, global, publicly traded organization.
• Proven track record of working cross‑functionally with project and business teams to implement accounting solutions for new initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to present accounting results and issues to senior finance and business leaders.
• Hands‑on experience with BlackLine modules (Accounts, Reconciliation, and Journals) or comparable financial automation platforms.
• CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
