As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
  • Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
  • Interpret authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
  • Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times
  • Provide assistance to distressed passengers and customers
  • Protect business assets and revenue
  • Ensure a safe journey for our customers
  • Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties
  • Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe
  • Be self-motivated and require minimum supervision
  • Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations
  • Follow internal and external regulations and procedures
  • May be required to drive and operate air stairs to various types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers
  • Be responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees
  • May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities

All You'll Need for Success

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language + Bilingual language skills are required in some locations + Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable + Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays + Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis
