Job Description
Your missions at Agryco: Being a commercial at Agriconomie means ensuring the company's turnover by perfectly supporting our clients and future clients in their purchases. At Agryco, you will be in charge of:
- Discovering the needs of agricultural clients
- Presenting our other ranges to single-product clients
- Responding to incoming requests from farmers (incoming calls, quotes, contact requests, etc.)
- Ensuring the engagement of our clients through outbound call campaigns (no prospecting)
- Participating in the entire sales process, from needs assessment to closing
- Enriching the databases (CRM) of Agryco.com
Profile We Are Looking For The profile we are looking for:
- You have a commercial or agricultural training from Bac+2 to Bac+5
- You have a commercial spirit, a culture of results, and a taste for challenge
- You have a quick wit and know how to respond to client objections
- You have good verbal skills, you are dynamic and resourceful
- You are curious and like to learn new things
- You are ambitious and want to evolve quickly
- You want to invest and evolve in a company in strong growth, in France and internationally
