[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to qualify inbound inquiries, generate outbound leads, and build relationships with prospects to drive sales growth and business expansion.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Proven success in lead generation or sales, exceeding your quota and measurably growing your business
- Experience applying multiple sales techniques and approaches, including cold calls, email campaigns, and networking opportunities
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel to track customer data and sales campaign progress
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and pivot your approach based on results
- Strong communication skills, experience overcoming objections, and the ability to gain trust and influence decision-makers
- Extremely comfortable reaching out by phone
- Appreciation for diverse experiences and approaches
- Experience finding hidden and not-so-hidden prospects, pursuing leads, and making connections
