US Sales Development Representative

Scytale is a global leader in AI-powered compliance solutions, seeking to expand its US sales presence. The Sales Development Representative will play a foundational role in building the sales pipeline, working closely with leadership to refine strategies and engage prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting efforts across the US market
  • Identify and engage high-value prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and creative outreach campaigns
  • Generate qualified pipeline opportunities for the sales team
  • Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies
  • Experiment with new prospecting approaches and help build repeatable playbooks for future SDR hires
  • Develop a deep understanding of the compliance and cybersecurity landscape
  • Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
  • Track performance, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Scytale's US go-to-market motion

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong prospecting skills across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2 years of SDR, BDR, or related sales experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or other B2B technology companies is a strong advantage
