[Remote] Business Development Representative

Service Customer is a fast-growing automotive technology company that helps dealerships increase service retention and customer engagement. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative who will focus on prospecting and creating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to dealership decision-makers
- Execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Prospect and qualify new dealership opportunities within assigned territories
- Generate and hand off qualified sales opportunities to the outside sales team
- Follow up consistently with prospects to build pipeline and create opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking in HubSpot
- Work closely with sales leadership to support company growth objectives
Skills
- 1+ year of BDR, SDR, inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience
- Strong phone presence and confidence engaging dealership owners, general managers, service directors, and fixed operations leaders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus
