Concentrix is seeking motivated individuals to join their Primark team as a Customer Support Advisor. The role involves addressing general inquiries from customers through social media and email, requiring an empathetic and patient demeanor while maintaining professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Addressing general inquiries from customers through social media and email
- Handling issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and requests for order modifications or cancellations
Skills
- Excellent Catalan & English verbal/written skills
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (mandatory)
- Are fully flexible between 8am-12am (Midnight) - Monday to Sunday
- Have a minimum broadband speed of 10Mbps and a private/ distraction free location when working from home
- Have a spotless record, free from any credit, criminal or disciplinary issues
- Social media or content moderation experience (desired)
