Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least one year of litigation experience to join their Portland, OR office. This role involves working on a diverse variety of commercial litigation matters and provides opportunities for meaningful courtroom and case handling experience.

Responsibilities

  • 1+ year of civil litigation experience with exposure to premises liability, products liability, real estate, environmental disputes, insurance, and/or general construction litigation
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, complemented by excellent academic credentials
  • Highly motivated individuals who demonstrate initiative and can assume responsibility for handling matters within a busy national practice
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a team-oriented legal environment
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Oregon

Skills
