[Remote] Licensing Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Answer Financial is an Allstate company with over 25 years in the industry, one of the nation's largest personal lines insurance agencies. The Licensing Specialist will provide licensing and appointment support, ensuring compliance with state and carrier guidelines while maintaining accurate data and assisting team members.
Responsibilities
- Processes license requests to ensure that the licensing and appointment status is reflected accurately in company systems and state and compliance requirements. Provide correct information to multiple carriers
- Provide service for phone calls and phone related activities (including research and follow up)
- Assists in training team members
- Maintains accurate data in all systems
- Follow-up with appropriate parties in regard to state and carrier required information and documentation
- Provide and maintain security of all data processed
- Communicate complex information verbally and in writing
- Comply with state laws and regulations
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Requires high degree of attention to detail
- Exceptional ability to multitask
- Demonstrate and practice strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Requires a commitment to provide excellent service
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet department goals and standards for quality
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must have reliable high-speed internet with the ability to connect company equipment via ethernet cable
- Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States, as it is not our practice to sponsor individuals for work visas
