They are seeking a Business Analyst to assist in conducting research and analysis, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting research and analysis to identify business problems and opportunities
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Develop use cases and business models
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis
  • Develop business cases and recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure solutions are implemented and delivering value
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with process modeling and data analysis tools
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
