Responsibilities

  • Designing and maintaining high-performing, reliable, and secure services that support caregivers and business operations
  • Leveraging deep technical expertise to architect solutions that meet compliance standards and KPIs for quality, cost, and caregiver experience
  • Analyzing service delivery systems and optimizing capacity planning
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and implementing permanent fixes to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
  • Participating in disaster recovery and incident response activities
  • Continuously monitoring production environments
  • Applying best practices and driving process improvements using data-driven insights to enable predictable, on-time releases and cost-effective operations
  • Delivering resilient, innovative solutions that empower caregivers and enhance service excellence across the organization

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering., Or equivalent education/experience
  • 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Some experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
  • 1 or more years of experience in Mobile Device Management
  • Proven experience administering MDM solutions with a focus on Apple devices (iPhone/iPad)
  • Strong understanding of iOS/iPadOS configuration, security, and enterprise features. Experience with device provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management. Including understanding network requirements for device usage
  • Has experience working with cellular vendors to support cellular devices (iPhones/iPads/non-smart phones/mobile hotspots)
  • Working knowledge of application deployment and mobile security controls
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Has exposure and experience in report writing and dashboard creation, preferably in PowerBI
  • Has experience in managing and supporting telecom billing, specifically for mobile network providers (Verizon/FirstNet)
  • Healthcare experience
