This is the job In Argentina (100% Remote) within the SaaS and Enterprise Learning Software industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to evolving our product experience through strong design systems thinking and strategic design leadership. This is the team In your role, you'll become a vital member of a cross-functional product engineering team of skilled professionals, including Product Managers, Backend Developers, Frontend Engineers, and Marketing stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will involve leading the evolution of our unified design system, ensuring that design decisions are scalable, technically feasible, and perfectly aligned with business and user goals. Here you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to global technological progress while at the same time advancing your own skills and career. This is you 5–8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design. At least 2+ years of experience contributing to or leading a design system used across multiple products or teams. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including deep knowledge of component systems, variants, and design libraries. Proven track record of delivering responsive, cross-platform experiences (desktop, tablet, mobile) in production environments. Evidence of leading or significantly contributing to at least one major product redesign with measurable impact (e.g., usability improvements, reduced friction, increased adoption). Strong understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS, component-based architecture) sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within defined timelines. Nice-to-have skills: Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments with complex user workflows. Familiarity with design tokens, theming systems, and scalable UI architecture. Experience contributing to or aligning with corporate brand systems across product and marketing. This is your role Design System Ownership: Establish, scale, and maintain a unified design system and a living style guide (app, page, and component levels) to increase UI consistency and reduce redundant design effort. Design–Development Alignment: Create a single source of truth between Figma and the front-end component library (e.g., Storybook), partnering with engineering to ensure UI components are consistently implemented and reusable in code. Product UX Leadership: Lead the UX direction for major product redesigns, translating business goals and user needs into solutions that increase product adoption, clarity, and user task success. Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Product and Engineering to align on priorities, trade-offs, and execution strategy, while collaborating with Marketing to ensure alignment with the corporate style guide. Quality & Consistency: Conduct regular design reviews to enforce standards, proactively identify usability issues or gaps in the experience, and advocate for accessibility, performance, and usability best practices.
