Working from your base in Oslo, Norway or another European location , you will act as the primary partner for our clients, navigating sophisticated OT and IT environments to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. This is a unique opportunity to own the full financial and contractual lifecycle of your projects, ensuring excellence in safety, risk mitigation, and strategic execution.
Job Description
What You Will Accomplish Drive Strategic Delivery: Lead end-to-end project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and services to meet and exceed business objectives. Cultivate Customer Relationships: Serve as the trusted point of contact for our customers, championing issue resolution and building lasting, effective partnerships. Master Project Financials: Develop robust project plans and maintain strict budget control, utilizing your expertise to drive margin improvements and navigate complex variation orders. Manage Risk and Quality: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. You will ensure every deliverable adheres to our rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate and Grow: Provide clear communication on project health to leadership and stakeholders. You will actively capture lessons learned, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Support Growth: Contribute your operational expertise to the tendering process, helping shape the future of our project portfolio. Who You Are You are a seasoned professional with a passion for driving complex projects to success. You thrive in matrix environments where your ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across diverse teams is your greatest strength. What You Bring: Substantive experience managing complex, large-scale projects within an industrial or technical environment. A solid educational background in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong proficiency with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies. The ability to communicate effectively, navigating both internal and external stakeholder needs with ease. A flexible mindset, with the willingness to travel to customer sites (approximately 25% of the time) to ensure project success. You Might Also Have (Preferred Skills): Professional certification such as PMP. Valuable insight into the Energy sector or Electric Utility industry.
