As a Digital Product Analyst for Public Sector, you will: Understand the product's strategy and vision, as well as short-term needs and requirements, by directly engaging with subject matter experts, writing and reviewing documentation, and evaluating similar solutions; Interacting with several stakeholders across multiple business areas to gather, validate, and document business requirements; Acts as the primary link between the customer and the development team and relays accurate information to the team to help them deliver a quality product Collaborate with UI Design to enable the creation of wireframes or prototypes necessary in the development of functionalities; Elaborate and document user stories and functional and non-functional specifications by using a mix of text, diagrams, use cases, and acceptance criteria; Ensure backlog management and prioritization to maximize value delivered within budget constraints and help reach product goals; Interface with the development team to convey the functionalities to be implemented; Interface with the project manager to ensure on-time and in-budget launch of functionalities; Ensure backlog management and prioritization to maximize value delivered within budget constraints and help reach product goals; Review the product increment with the team and stakeholders, and convert feedback into new requirements. What about you? A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or comparable role; Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy; Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders from diverse industries; Experience working on projects across both public and private sectors; Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation; Experience documenting digital solutions using functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and user stories; Ability to clearly and effectively represent information using appropriate visual models and diagrams (e.g., process flows, data models, system diagrams); Solid understanding of IT verbiage, database concepts, and API communication standards; Excellent listening, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills; Ability to switch between complex projects and interact with multiple stakeholders; Experience with Agile Scrum development methodology and documentation; Excellent teamwork skills—you work well with both the customer and the dev team; Good English communication skills.
