About the Role

As a ServiceNow Business analyst, analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives. Business Analysts bring strong analytical skills, experience with enterprise tools, and the ability to translate complex business processes into actionable technical requirements. Our clients range from startups to Fortune 500 companies and public sector organizations, all interested in transforming their business through modern applications. Key Responsibilities: Supports the PM, Architect, and Senior Consultants in gathering requirements and documenting user stories. Assists in testing complete configurations and development and supports the creation of train-the-trainer materials and testing materials.
